The development of the concept of the synthesis of plasma-electrolyte layers with predetermined functional characteristics on titanium alloys for various industries, the military-industrial complex and medicine, which is based on the results of spectral studies of electrolytic plasma, thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of redox reactions at various stages of the plasma-electrolyte oxidation process, established mechanisms of the formation of oxide-ceramic coatings in electrolytes based on phosphates, silicates, aluminates with the addition of nanoparticles of oxides, nitrides and borides, which form low-melting eutectics with titanium oxides.
