Complex automation of production is considered as an integrated system that covers all its stages - research, design, technological preparation, production organisation, and manufacturing. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that the correct choice and calculation of warehouse parameters can significantly reduce storage costs, which in turn will increase profitability, assess the efficiency of its work, profitability and payback of financial investments in the project. Objective: To develop an application programme for the design of transport and storage systems. To do this, the following research tasks should be solved: - analyse the structural and component composition of automated transport and storage systems; - to determine the characteristic criteria of transport and storage systems; - develop a methodology for calculating their parameters and algorithms for automated warehouse construction. The work corresponds to a priority area of scientific research in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the System of Priority Areas of Scientific, Scientific-Technical and Innovative Activities in Ukraine".
