The following fragments of software are developed: The program complex ensuring access to databases from global information system WWW; The databases of conducting program complex of educational activity information maintenance; The databases of conducting program complex of sc ientific activity information maintenance; The logic and physical structure of bases fragments is optimized, and the information processing technology is fulfilled. The software complex introduction will allow to increase management efficiency of the university information resources.
