Gorky popup.description2 In this report were analyzed immediate results of reconstructive operations on aorto-femoral and femoral-popliteal segments in 200 patients and far-off results in 225 patients with critical ischemia of lower limbs. It was revealed connection between adequacy of making primary reconstruction of arteries and immediate and far-off results. The role of tactical mistakes was underlined in genesis of late reocclusions of zone of reconstruction.
