The characteristic of hydrometeorological and chemical regimes variability is given for the Black Sea regions: North-western and Crimean coasts, The Sea of Azov and mouth areas of rivers (Da- nube, Dnieper-Bug). Numerical model for the sea level variations due to winds and atmospheric pressure was developed. Recommendations concerning protection and recovery of the Black and Azov seas environment are proposed.
