Purpose of research — synthesis of new organic compounds of the tetrazolopyrimidine, quinoxaline, pyrazoline and coumarine series, investigation of their chemical and spectral properties. Investigation methods — IR, UV, NMR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, X-ray-analysis. The main results of work — new interrelations are found between the direction of cyclocondensation of unsaturated carbonyl compounds with nucleophilic agents and the electronic structure of individual components with the account of reaction conditions (temperature, type of catalysis, nature of solvents). New methods are developed and used for synthesizing more than 150 compounds including new derivatives of tetrazolopyrimidines, indazoles, aryliminohetaryl- and carboxamidocoumarines. Fluorescent spectra are examined for these compounds and theirstructures are confirmed. All compounds are passed for biological testing. Application area — new materials and chemicals.
