M.I.Sitenko popup.description2 The method of cultivation of mesenchymal cells of skeletal tissues (high density culture) was developed. This method allows to receive cells with cartilage differentiation. The possibility of application of cultivated cartilage differon cells as cell grafts was proved. That stops development of destructive and dystrophic disorders in an injured intervertebral disc and optimises the repair process. The local damage zone is filled with cartilage regenerate, which densely grows together with annulus fibrosus having no distinct border. It was shown that at significant destruction of intervertebral disc usage of suspension cells combined with restabilization of vertebral segment and dynamic neutralization was expedient. The possibilities of mesenchimal cells cultivation on the porous hydroxyapatite matrixes were studied. It was established that the cells grow not only near ceramics, but also on its surface and into the pores. The hydroxyapatite granules with cultivated cells were used as grafts for bone cavities plastics at experimental rats. Distinct osteoinductive characteristics of such grafts were proved. The model of device for cultivation in conditions of volumetrical load was elaborated and the main components of volumetrical load reproduction unit was produced in order to study its influence on the cultivated cells.
