Karazin popup.description2 The object of the study were exudates of mushroom of the sort Chaetomium globossum Kunze: Fr., root exudates of wheat "Doneckaya-49", exudates of one-celled algae Dunaliella viridis, wild sort of beer yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, that was got from collection VW OAO "Pivzavod Rogani" (Kharkov), and gallophilic bacterias, chosen from laboratory culture of the one-celled algae Dunaliella viridis,The purpose of this work was to conclude the following: - a selection of producers of enzyme complexes, which possess the ability to hydrolyse the cellular walls of S cerevisiae; the study of the influence of the age of the yeast culture on efficiency of hydrolytic fission of their cellular walls, as well as estimation of degree of the hydrolytic fission of cellular components of the culture of beer yeast S cerevisiae in dynamics of the incubations with mushroom hydrolytic enzymes; - to study of the regularities an exudation of root exudates of seedlings of the wheat "Doneckaya-49", to select the conditionsfor increasing the root exudates leaving and to define their biological activity; - to study the seasonal regularities of the change of exudation activities in culture of D.viridis; - to define the regularities of growth dynamics of gallophilic bacteria in culture of algae Dunaliella viridis and on different synthetic ambiences. In process of the work were studied: - dose dependency of yeast hydrolysis from protein contents in cultural filtrate; the influence of the temperature of pre-incubation of cultural filtrate on ability to hydrolysis yeast, of period and conditions of keeping of cultural filtrate on hydrolytic activity, of frequentative processing of the yeast biomass by the cultural filtrate on hydrolysis degree; the composition of soluble and indissoluble factions of yeast hydrolysate on contents of proteins, of dissolved carbohydrates, nucleic acids; - qualitative and quantitative composition of root exudates of the wheat seedlings under different schemes of the exudates collection; the biological activity of wheat root exudates in culture of D.viridis; - qualitative and quantitative composition of exudates in culture of D.viridis; - an accumulation of fats, proteins, pigments in bacteria biomass at different conditions of cultivation.
