Absorption and the speed of voice spreading in water solutions of half-done albumin showed, that the speed of voice spreading depended on the degree of concentration of the albumin as well as temperature. The research has shown that for albumin water solutions the amplitude of relaxation process of high-frequency field was directly proportional to albumin concentration, while the relaxation frequency doesn’t depend on albumin concentration in water solution.
