The aim is to interrelate between self-organized different scale structures. As a result of experimental and theoretical investigations it was shown for the first time the scaling to be the cardinal trait of synergetic self-organization during plastic deformation. Following our work the physical basis of receiving and using of analytic systems with single crystal sensors of deformation damage was created.
