Purinoreceptors of plasma membrane was identified, the influence of La3+, Со2+, Cd2+ and Hg2+ to membrane-bound Ca2+ content was established, ryanodine-sensitive Ca2+ channels functioning of salivary gland of Chironomus plumosus L. larvae secretory cells was explored. The influence of rat submandibular gland secretory cells М-cholino and -adrenoreceptors activation on saliva content was investigated. The main kinetic parameters of submandibular gland cells Ca2+-ATPases were studied. Са2+/Н+- and Na+/Са2+-exchangers was identified in hepatic mitochondria and their kinetic parameters was characterized. Their temperature dependence, Ca2+ efflux from liver mitochondria and functioning regime was analyzed. Са2+/Н+- and Na+/Са2+-exchangers cation specify concerning with mono- and divalent metal ions was investigated. Simultaneous apply of interval hypoxia and L-arginine injection due to of succinate usage decreasing and NAD-dependent substrates role intensification in rat hepatic mitochondria was shown.
