Purpose of the work - detection of correlation between conditions of creation of a reactionary layer, its nature and influence on selectivity extract of non-ferrous metals (In, Ga, Ta, Nb, Ln, Pb, Sn) from multicomponent compositions on the based on alloys and mixtures of metals, salts, oxides,ntermetallic compaunds , and so forth. Development of scientific fundamentals of the interpretation of experimental results of chemical and electrochemical researches in terms of reaction layer formation . Research methods - voltammetry, electrolysis, spectophotometery, chemical, atomic absorption, differential-thermal, , X-ray phase analyses, microX-ray and spectral analyses. Results of researches of processes are reduced which happen at interfaces at chemical and electrochemical transformations. Is shown, that in overwhelming majority of cases such transformations are accompanied bythe formation of so-called reactionary boundary layers, in which the reacting components are in nonequilibrium conditions. Such interphase layers are formed as on the part of liquid (solution or melt), and on the part of a hard phase through the formation of intermediate products of chemical and electrochemical reactions - compounds of the lowest oxidation states , nonsoluble in this or that phase of compositions, secondary phases, and so forth.To estimate the thickness of the optically of a transparent layer, which is shaped on the part of a fluid phase, the method of an electronic spectophotometery can be utilised. It is possible to estimate of the layers, which is shaped on the part of a solid phase and optically opaque in a liquid phase, methods of a scanning submicroscopy and X-ray microanalysis. Changing speed of mass transfer on boundary surface it is possible to control a generation rate of an interphase reactionary layer. The results obtained outcomes can make a basis of intensification existing and creation of new technological processes of obtaining of rare-earth, colour noble metals and compounds on their basis, plotting of galvanizations.
