Studies in the Effects of Physical Various - Types Fields on Life Factors of Structural Materials. The research subjects are structural materials. The research goal of this stage is selection of types of physical fields, sequence of their effects and parametric values which provide a significant increase in Life factors of structural materials. The research methods are methods of statistic physics, failure mechanics, mesomechanics, physics of solids, flow mechanics, the theory of experiments. Parameters of the thermal and force effects are chosen allowing to provide an essential increase in life factors of structural materials. Based on Laws of mesomechanics, the analysis of mechanisms of fatigue damage and interactions of an internal structure with acoustic and ultrasonic fields is made. A number of mechanisms allowing outline the possible ways of essential increasing in life of materials affecting force, acoustic and ultrasonic fields are revealed. It is shown that deterministic parameters of electromagnetic treatment are specific energy and pulse duration. Essential variations in material properties occur in simultaneous interdicting pulse current and ultrasound in the zone of plastic deformation. Synergistic understanding is proposed, and a three-stage schematic of technological processes of techniques for improving material properties is developed providing large compression loads and high temperatures, electrostimulated deformation in tension with heating by high-density currents, intensive electromagnetic and impact ultrasonic oscillations is developed. The curves of dependencies of Amg6M alloy creep on temperature and Load Level are constructed affecting compression thermomechanical load and impact ultrasonic oscillation. The effects of a three-stage energetic treatment on the Amg6M alloy are studied. Time to failure is increased 18,9 times under creep conditions, ultimate strength - 1.3 times, yield limit - 2.4 times. The results of the given stage of R&D can be used for evaluation of the effects of types and parameters of various fields on life factors of structural materials, in the design of new technologies on control of material properties to solve an urgent problem an increase in life of structural elements.
