The objective of study - to examine determinated chaos of the medical image in malignant processes. Methods of study - cytological, morphological, rentgendiagnostics, physical and chemical, statistical. The equipment - light digital microscope Axioskop 40 (ZEISS, Germany), light microscope Ро1уvаr-2 (Reichert, Austria), electronic microscope JEOL-100В (Jео1, Japan), analyzer of mechanoemission ТРА-3 (Ukraine), chemiluminometer ХLМ1C-01 (Ukraine), ultrasonic device ATL NDI 3000 (Phillips, USA), digital camera "Scanner" (Ukraine), scanner "Nikon 8000 " (Japan), personal computer. Block diagrams of algorithms, parameters of estimation and computer programs for nonlinear analysis of medical images, dopplerograms and signals of blood emission are developed. Their testing on virtual and physical phantoms has been performed. In animals with Geren's carcinoma, Pliss melanoma B16 changes of nonlinear dynamics of blood emission was shown to be correlatively connected and quantitatively reflected kinetics of tumor growth and processes of metastatic spread. In patients with malignant skin melanoma in comparison with healthy people weakening of the determinated chaos and increase of processes of stochastic (insidental) behavior on tissue, cellular and quantum levels was observed. In patients with malignant non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas from large B-cells in comparison with patients with malignant non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas from small B-cells on cellular, subcellular and quantum levels (study of blood mechanoemission) a tendency to increase of stochastic phenomena in determinated chaotic processes has been recorded. In the patients with malignant tumors of trophoblast increase of stochastic phenomena in the determined chaotic processes of some hierarchical levels in comparison with patients with hydatidiform mole, mioma without multiple nodes and relatively healthy women has been noted. The received results can be used for differential diagnostics and monitoring of the efficiency of cancer patients treatment.
