The object of research is the Unified State Automated Register of Persons Possessing Rights for Social Privileges (EDARP) and available system of supporting of taking management decisions (SPPR). The goal of the work is the creation of the system of supporting of taking management decisions on the basis of the EDARP. The methods of research are analytical, comparison, generalizing, synthesis, content-analysis, line programming. The experience of constructing the system, conduct 0f monitoring of social-economic and financial indices, used in the EDARP system as well as analysis of tendencies and conformity to a certain pattern in dynamics of controlled indices in functional and territorial cuts have been studied in the process of the research. The combined forms of indices of social-economic and financial-budget development in dynamic have been created.
