The analysis of sensitivity of a probe depending on dielectric permeability of the film and the substrate was carried out, influence of a backlash between tip of the probe and the studied sample on the resolution and sensitivity of the device was investigated. The design highly stable and sensitive and, at the same time, rather simple device for transformation informative parameter of the film - its electric resistance - into the electric signal is developed based on the features of short-range field interactions of the film with the probe. Influence of length of the probe stand out the end of a coaxial line of transfer on sensitivity of the near-field magnetoresistive microscope is experimentally investigated. The calibration technique of the device was developed.By results of experiments by statistical processing calibrating curve was received for measurements of capacity on frequency 34 GHz.
