Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 CD150 is a measles virus (MV) receptor. We examined CD150 expression on malignant cells of nervous system, and checked the hypothesis that MV haemoglutenin protein (MV-H) could transmit signals via CD150. It was shown that CD150 is expressed on protein level on malignant cells of human diffuse and anaplastic astrocytomas, glioblastoma, but not meduloblastoma. It was found that CD150 is expressed by glioblastoma cells U87 and U371, and meduloblastoma cells TE-671. But these cells expressed mRNA of CD150 full size splice isoform on very low level. In normal B cells and cell lines of B-cellular origin CD150 regulated рAkt and pERK1/2 signaling pathways. At the same time, MV-H didn't mediate signals via CD150 in lymphoblastoid cells infected by MV. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
