The method of the dynamic systems monitoring is developed and grounded on the basis of methods of parametric disturbance estimation by multivariable inverse models, in the conditions of substantially limited a priori and current information with application of artificial neural networks. Theoretical results are applied for information technologies development for monitoring of quality of cities heat supply, and also disturbance diagnostics in technological and transport systems.
