M.I.Sitenko popup.description2 On the basis of the research of the modern condition of an orthopaedic treatment in children with malignant bone tumors in the world and in Ukraine, new conception of the salvage procedures has been developed. Analysis of the patient’s treatment showed that endoprosthetic surgeries gives the patient more mobility, accelerates socialization and more preferable because of the lower radicalism. Possibility of using of the endoprosthesis is children was proved. Removal of the growth plate effects negatively on the length of the extremity. Shortening depends on growth zones localization, their number and on the age of the patient (less age better potential for growth). On the basis of the experimental data in growing rats was revealed the following:-in spite of defect replacement by endoprosthesis , operated segment with removed growth zone lags in further growth-INTACT segment has the trend for the advanced growthFinite element analyses of the system endoprosthesis-bone has showed significant changes in the strain-strain distribution in one and implant. It depends on the endoprosthesis size and it’s shaft, a level of the bone resection, position from 0 to 90 at knee joint.Studying of the biochemical data in the serum of the patients confirms the expediency of use of biomechanical methods for the laboratory investyigations in patients with biomachenical parameters were the sialic acid, seroglycoids, activity of the alkaline and sour phosphates.The technology of using modular endoprostheses for the replacement of bone defect in children with malignant bone tumors was developed.
