M.I.Sitenko popup.description2 The aim of investigation: to improve the results of total hip arthroplasty in patients at the consequences of reactive arthritises of the hip. Research object: defects of the acetabulum at the consequences of reactive arthritises of of the hip. In the work is used an original three-dimensional mathematical model at hip arthroplasty. A stressedly-deformed condition of acetabulum with preservation of subchondral layer was studied. The changes of the stressedly-deformed condition of acetabulum with different types of acetabulum defects at the consequences of reactive arthritis’s at total hip arthroplasty has been studied. The modeling of the plastic of acetabulum defects at the consequences of reactive arthritis’s with the help of bone grafts, biphase ceramics, bone cement and screws at installation of a cup of endoprosthesis was carried out. The results of calculations that were made showed that the stressedly-deformed condition when using the acetabulum plastic, came closer to the parameters of tensionat the absence of acetabulum defects. There were developed at first and clinically approbated grounding by biomechanics, methods of the plastic of different types defects of acetabulum at total hip arthroplasty at the consequences of reactive arthritises. Conducted analysis of results of application of the developed methods of the plastic witnessed their efficiency and possibility of their using in clinical practice for the improvement results of total hip arthroplasty for patients with this severe pathology of the hip.
