Procedure of synthesis silanes with derivatives of amides of phosphonic acid of composition -(CН2) 3NHР(О or S )(ОЕt) 2 have been developed. Trifunctional silanes of high purity have been synthesized as precursors for new class of adsorbents. By structurally adsorption analysis it is set , that xerogels have the developed specific structure. Consequently, such materials have good prospects in quality catalysts. It is set that sorption activity of the got silicas is determined nature of phosphone ligandes, by the terms of synthesis of sorbent, and also complexophorming properties of ions of metals.
