Karazin popup.description2 The objects of investigation is make-up of one-pot synthesis of 1Н-imidazol-2-(3Н)-one derivatives, protection of C- and N-aminogroups in 3,4,5-triamino-1,2,4-triazole molecule, widening of abilities of non-trivial cyclocondensation with methyl group of dihydropyrimidine system to benzoimidazopyrimidines, make up of combinatorial synthesis of library of oxadiazolylpyrimidinethiones and make up of new fluorescent probes based on arylderivatives of pyrazolinyl-3-hydroxychromones. The goal of the work is direct diastereoselective synthesis of annelated and spyroazines and azoles using enone systems or their precursors and by their cyclocondesation reactions (involving multicomponent, cascade, one-pot) with mono- and diaminoazoles and -azines, make up of principally new unsaturated carbonyl compounds with chelate properties or based on Biginelli products, research of spectral-luminescent properties of compounds obtained. During present work new scientific results, which deals with different ways of condensation of different unsaturated carbonyl compounds (chalcones, acids, oxоacids, cyclic systems) with nitrogen-containing heterocycles, were obtained. As a result a number of one-pot or cascade procedures of condensed azoloheterocycle synthesis, including annealed derivatives of quinazoline, spyroderivatives of tetrahydropyrimidine, determination of new pathways of these processes was made up, for instance, formation of 4-aryl-1H-imidazol-2(3H)-one instead of Biginelli compounds, interaction with chalcones not only 5?methylazolopyrimidines, but 7-methylsubstituted compounds. We were able to create conditions for chemical libraries synthesis, based on three-component condensation of 1-(3-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl)acetones, thiourea and aromatic aldehydes. The constant interest of scientists of our department to fluorescent properties of compounds obtained let determine 3-hydroxychromone derivatives, which are perspective for developing new effective fluorescent probes for physical-chemical and biophysical investigations because of their high quantum yields of fluorescence and effective photo-transfer.
