Karazin popup.description2 The objects of studies: composite structures with W covering deposited on noncorrosive steel (n.c.s) with Cu sublayer and without it; organic dyes Rhodamine 6G, Methylene blue, Acridine orange, neutral red, indigo and amino acids arginine, tryptophane, glutamic acid. The aims of work: studies of processes of forming and annealing of radiation defects that emerged in thin-film composite structures at their irradiation by medium energy D2 + ions; studies of radiation defects forming in organic substances under Не+, Ar+ ions and ultraviolet irradiation. The methods of studies: thermodesorption spectrometry, mass spectrometry of secondary ions, electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry and electrical resistivity measurements. Processes of deuterium trapping and thermodesorption in composite structures with W covering and their influences on electrical resistivity, lattice spacing, macrostresses of W covering and morphology of its surface were studied. Deuterium trapping coefficient and its dependence on the fluence and the sample temperature during the irradiation were determined. It was assumed that implanted deuterium was trapped in radiation defects of vacancy type forming complexes and gas bubbles. It was shown that in the irradiated W covering complexes of interstitial atoms were formed which transformed next into interstitial dislocation loops. The influences of: Не+, Ar+ ions irradiation on the organic dyes Rhodamine 6G and Methylene blue; Ar+ ions irradiation on the organic dyes Acridine orange, neutral red, indigo and amino acids arginine, tryptophane, glutamic acid were studied. Also the influence of various doses of the ultraviolet irradiation on the organic dyes Rhodamine 6G and Methylene blue was analyzed. The obtained results confirmed structural sensitivity of secondary ion mass spectrometry and showed the perceptivity of its using for studies of the radiation disturbance in organic and bioorganic objects. The results can be used in structural material science at producing new materials with determined properties and at the development of methods of secondary ion mass spectrometry studies of bioorganic objects.
