The noise generators are intended for receiver calibration of radar, communication and navigation equipment, systems of radio vision and counterterrorist control. Functionally noise generator consists of oscillator module made as the hybrid integrated circuit based on IMPATT-diodes and power IMPATT-diode amplifier, combined in the monoblock with input power 27 V DC and direct current no more than 150 мА. Experimental noise generator prototypes of UM313003A and UM313003Б are manufactured, tined and tested in frequency range of 37,5 53 GHz and 90-100 GHz accordingly.
