Research object: organs and tissues of white not thoroughbred rats. Purpose of work: to set conformities to the law of morphological and factional changes in internals organs, regenerate and bones of skeleton on condition of influence on the organism of unfavorable endogenous and exogenous factors and to develop the ways of correction of these changes. Research methods: anatomic, histological, ultramicroscopic, biochemical, morphometry of histological slides, electronic microscopy, quantitative estimation of indexes of chemical composition, statistical processing of digital data. Results of researches: During the leadthrough of research new experimental information is exposed about negative violations of structure of internals organs, bones of skeleton and his regenerate under act of modeled microelements and violations of water-electrolyte balance. At the increase of dose of salts in the probed organs there is alteration from tension of functional activity which is within the limits of compensate-adaptation possibilities of organ, to blowing off adaptation and passing to the phase of destruction. It is set that the combined action of heavy metals, one is laid on other, causes synergistic effects in organs and fabrics.
