The laser method of nanopowder oxide materials obtaining is carried out as a result of project implementation. Basic physical-chemical and optical properties of obtained materials are studied. In particular, complex researches of structure, physical-chemical and optical properties of nanopowder oxide materials and structures on their basis are conducted in gas medium. Obtained project results were used for development the multichannel sensory systems with higher selectivity, sensitiveness and fast-acting compared to the known analogues during the recognition of gas mixtures.
