Possibility creation of screw-propeller with managed step without the use of mechanism of turn blade is proved. The adaptive blade which by action of hydrodynamic loading changes the corner of attack, that promotes efficiency coefficient of screw-propeller. The estimation of stability of geometrical form for the durable corps of submarine toroidal form under action of hydrostatical pressure is the first done. Efficiency of implementation. The results of research work are applied in industry of experimental adaptive blades of wind-powered generator on LTD "ESTA" Nikolaev.
