It was shown that leaf and stem tissues of soybean differ in the ability to restore nitrate. It was noted that the reduction nitratreductase activity coincides with the advent nitrogen fixation activity. It was study that inoculation of soybean plants significantly increases the activity of rhizobial hvayakolperoksidaze and askorbatperoksidaze activity correlates with the nitrogen fixation complex functioning. It was shown that at the initial phases of the symbiotic systems functioning the content of polypeptides with molecular masses 10 and 15 kD are increased , and the content of polypeptides with molecular masses of 160, 70 and 15 kD associated with the efficiency of the nitrogen fixation complex. It is noted that the correlation of cytokinin content with auxin are more efficiently for nodulation process than the absolute cytocinin. The noted dependences indicate the possibility of using complex datas to indicate the efficiency of symbiotic structures.
