The object of the research - all types FEZ and analogues TPD abroad. The purpose of the research is to develop propositions for the improvement of legal support of creation and functioning FEZ and TPD. The methods of the research are: dialectic method, system approach, induction, deduction, comparison and the SWOT-analysis, modeling, extrapolation, synthesis, grouping. The analysis of foreign FEZ and TPD was made and propositions for the status of legal support and modes of functioning FEZ and TPD in Ukraine were justified.
