Methods of investigation: toxicological, physiological, hematological, immunological, physico-chemical analysis. The peculiarities of toxic affect of cyclophosphan, tamoxiphen, 5-phtoruracyl and estrazin under various experimental conditions have been investigated. It was proved that irrespective of the ways (skin, oral, inhalational) and the multiplicity (acute, subacute) of cyclophosphan, tamoxiphen, 5-phtoruracyl and estrazin administration and as well as the qualitative load of testing animals by above-mentioned compounds, the violation of the cell membranes integrity is in the core of the mechanism of toxic affect, what is caused by the development of endogenous intoxication due to the accumulation of middle molecular peptides, the products of lipid peroxidation and creation of membranes attacking complex of compliment system. The adequate criteria for toxicity of antitumor drugs investigated are the following: the development of endogenous intoxication, the violation of oxide-antioxidant processes, the changes of nonspecific resistance indexes. The hygienic regulations of compounds in the air of industrial buildings have been scientifically based according to the principle of any contact exception under the conditions of dosage drugs form production.
