Requirements to the regionalno-distributed network systems of search and development of exceptional children are defined. Are developed scientifically-methodical, organizational and information support of the regionalno-distributed network of search and development of exceptional children. Network toolkits of development of the exceptional child are investigated. Ergonomic requirements of network support and safety of creative activity are developed at use of open network teaching and educational resources.
