The aim of investigation is the creation of effective complex methods of medical non-invasive diagnosis of the current status and predict the characteristics of complex biological objects; construction of software for medical systems, non-invasive diagnostics. The method of investigation the basis for the project based on the principle of remote sensing. Their essence is installed before using the computer simulation of the possibility of recovering the physical properties of heterogeneous objects. One of the main hypotheses, which form the basis of research, is a relationship between the electrodynamic parameters of biological tissue (permittivity) and their physiological properties. This dependence is used as a source of information about the properties of different tissues and structures. The primary means of analyzing the processes of remote (noncontact) research and finding information about the properties of heterogeneous biological objects is the electrodynamic modeling. It is based on applying the most effective and well-known methods of the modern theory of diffraction patterns and studies of the physical properties of inhomogeneous penetrable and refracting objects that have been tested previously for solving various electromagnetic problems and worked well. In this investigation used the complex electromagnetic field of arbitrary polarization. Study depending on the polarization gives an additional opportunity to increase the resolution.
