It is based on applying the most effective and well-known methods of the modern theory of diffraction patterns and studies of the physical properties of inhomogeneous penetrable and refracting objects that have been tested previously for solving various electromagnetic problems and worked well. In this investigation used the complex electromagnetic field of arbitrary polarization. Study depending on the polarization gives an additional opportunity to increase the resolution.
