Known Taylor relation for lattice dislocations is generalized on grain boundary dislocations. Own to this, a strengthening- destrengthening curve is built in time, which is closed to experimental data. Moreover, the series of strengthening- destrengthening curves are built with taking in account of deformation speed. The development of model for grain boundary sliding is continued on the base of thin lubricant model. It shows that twist extrusion of alloys with FCC lattice produces fine grains and growing of material strengthening. A special feature of twist extrusion treatment is growing of plasticity of copper alloy. The level of change of strengthening and plasticity for an aluminum alloy is smaller then for copper one. For multi-phase materials on the copper and aluminum base the treatment by means of twist extrusion is more effective after annealing.
