Objective - design of methods and means of optimisation of electric networks functioning taking into account perspective demand growth, transit overflows and partial decentralisation of the electric power generating by renewed sources. Research methods - methods of the similarity theory and modelling, elements of the probability theory , criterion method, the theory of Markov processes, methods of the sensitivity theory. Complex characteristics using in the form of functioning merit numbers is offered . Mathematical modelling of reliability indexes of electrosupply, quality of power on tyres of consumers and profitability of power grid functioning is executed. The method of a functioning merit number formation of power grid in relative units is developed. Mathematical representation of design problems of optimum reconstruction and power grid development is generated. That will allow to consider simultaneously stochastic reliability indexes of electrosupply and quality of power on consumer tyres, and also profitability of power grid functioning.
