The pharmacological effects of new combined preparation amkesol was studied in experiments on animals of different ages. Antitussive, brohchodilating, antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects of preparation was showed. Data obtained will become a base for implementation in pediatric practice new combined preparation with polytropic action in different dosage forms for treatment of broncho-pulmonary pathology in children after relevant clinical studies.
