The ofjective of the research work is to investigate info innovation activities in regions, development and formation of theoretical, methodological and organizational fundamentals, categories and principles in the field of innovative investment activities. Methods of the research are scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis of literary and statistical sources, statistical and mathematical techniques. The instruments of innovation development control of the region, transfer of innovative technologies are studied as a mechanism of innovation development of entcrprises as well as innovation management of the commercial banks in Ukraine. The problems of energy management at the enterprises of Ukraine, economic safety, the processes of human assets control, intellectualization of the production, strategic planning of working of the port and innovation constituent in the logistics management of an enterprise have also been considered. As a result of the reseach work a number of theoretical, metkodolgical and organizational fundamentals have been elaborated in regard to the improvement of innovation development control instruments, transfer of technologies as an instruments of innovation development of an enterprise, perspective development of innovation management in commercial banks. Also, the foundations for developing power management, economic safety of enterprises human assets control, strategic planning of the port management as well as an innovation constituent in the logistics management have been laid. A number of theoretical, methodological and organizational points and problems in regard to improvement of innovation control instruments in the region, in transfer of technologies as a mechanism of innovation development of enterprises, prospects of innovation management development in commercial banks, power management development of enterprises, providing economic safety techniques, human assets control as well as strategic planning of the works of the port as well as innovation constituent in the logistics management have been formulated and specified.
