Methods of research - computer data processing with use of means Mіcrosoft Access, linear regress for calculation of parameters of ecological adaptability of breeds, extraction DNA, SSR-PCR- and ІSSR-PCR-analysis. Parameters of ecological adaptability of domestic breeds (factor of plasticity, genotypical potential, an index of the ecological factor) for their effective utilization in conditions of heteroseasons rearing are designed. The phenol-chloroformic method extraction a silkworm DNA is fulfilled, optimization of report SSR-PCR- and ІSSR-PCR-analysis, of a detection of an amplification products is carried out. Polymorphism of three microsatellite loci (Sat211, Sat2763, Bmsat007) on 10 silkworm breeds is investigated. The received new data concerning presence of loci's alleles Sat211 (150 b.p.), Sat2763 (128 b.p.), Bmsat007 (180 b.p. - 240 b.p.) in genome of the Ukrainian collection silkworm breeds. It is carried out ІSSR-PCR DNA analysis of two breeds for four ІSSR-primers. Fragments in spectra microsatellite ISSR-primers (810, 830, 881) varied within the limits of 150-700 b.p. The comparative analysis of polymorphism of researched breeds has revealed 10 specific ISSR-fragments, 9 (90 %) from which were polymorphic. Sphere of use - a department of sericulture NNC "IEKVM". SSR-primers of a locus Bmsat007 and ІSSR- primers (810, 830, 881) can enter into system of a primers for certification of collection silkworm breeds. Use of a computer database of genetic resources of a silkworm will raise efficiency of selection and breeding work.
