The information on creation at Institute during the period 2007-2010 three different wind turbines (on ideology of the control) with controlled blades and results of researches of two of them are presented. Possibility of double increase of wind turbine capacity is shown at use of the optimum law of blade control by concerning same wind turbine with the fixed blades (with other things being equal). Taking into account experience of the previous researches the design documentation on windpower instalation as a whole, and also on creation wind turbine with the mechanism of blade control and the electrogenerator with a rotor on constant magnets is developed.
