The conception of creating of evolving dependable infrastructures is developed and principles, methods and tools of assessment and synthesis of dependable component-integrated and service-oriented allocated infrastructures as a systems with uncertain features are developed. The methods of normative regulation, assessment and providing of high availability and safety of the IT-infrastructures with changeable parameters, that influence on their dependability, are developed. The methods of synthesis of fail-safe systems based on information and version redundancy are developed. The methods of design and verification of I&C systems as a "system-on-chip" and technologies of multiversion IP-infrastructures are developed. The normative and methodological documents for avionics, rocket-space and power-producing sectors, and standards of enterprises are generated.
