These fields can be got with the use of analytical dependences, or a decision is in eventual differences, or as their combination. The experienced programmatic-calculable complex is improved. It is shown that a delay of processes of cooling-down is in the places of most flow of warmth, gives an opportunity to decrease duration of starting of turbines in 1,5-2 times. Introduction of work is perspective for power-stations of Ukraine, and also for Open Corporation of "Тurboatom", that designs and makes powerful steam turbines.
