Reactor zirconium alloys structure based on Zr-Nb-Fe was studied. It is established, that the structure of the main part of reactor zirconium alloys is defined by another phase particles precipitations as on the grain boundaries and on the whole volume. It is determined, that the precipitates forming in some part of polycrystal depends on annealing temperature. Nanocrystalline zirconium with the grain size of 70-90 nm was obtained. Radiation resistance of the various grain size zirconium was investigated. First it is shown, that nanostructured zirconium has better radiation resistance than conventional polycrystalline zirconium. Experimental technology of oxides nanopowders manufacturing and process of oxides nanopowders mechanical alloying of reactor steels were developed. The manufacturing equipment for mechanical alloying of steels was made and experiments of steel powder fabrication, which are alloyed by oxides nanoparticles, were carried out.
