The features of the clinical course of chronic inflammatory and productive (pre-cancerous) diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Research findings enabled the development of a diagnostic algorithm for evaluating patients pre-cancerous diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Studies have systemic immunologic reactivity of patients precancerous lesions of the upper respiratory tract disorders revealed a number of indicators of cellular and humoral immunity. According to postmortem studies and retrospective analysis of existing material is determined a high risk of metaplasia tumors of the nose and paranasal sinuses. The scheme of treatment of patients with precancerous antirecurrent upper respiratory tract infection on the basis of preliminary clinical and laboratory research and a diagnostic algorithm. The efficiency of the developed scheme based on an analysis of clinical, biochemical, immunological and morphological studies of the dynamics of treatment. According to biochemical studies of the growth and proteolytic activity of fibrinogen may be a reflection of the presence of the organism in patients with inflammatory process. After treatment the obtained data show different trends of changes of blood indices in blood plasma of patients pre-cancerous diseases of the upper respiratory tract, which requires further study and research on a larger statistical material. The obtained data from clinical trials demonstrate a high effectiveness of the proposed treatment regimen, which contributed to the normalization of most changes in the indices of the immune system of patients.
