New methods, algorithms and approaches to the setting and solution for the 2D and 3D problems of an analysis and multiparameter optimization of electromagnetic objects having prescribed properties - metamaterial and kiral mediums, basic component of the power compressors, onemode dielectric resonator, linear and plane diffraction radiators and antenna arrays, lens antennas, and antennas of outflowing waves, resonance cells of compact filters, microresonators etc. It is shown, that the metamaterial medium is capable to amplify the near-zone field. The aperture oscillation have been discovered. The basis for dielectrometry of absorbing organic and biological objects was developed. In clinical conditions the new results on the blood erythrocytes reaction on the outer influence have been obtained in norma and pathology.
