Research aim: to expose the terms of socio-political influence on formation of motivs and skills of political participation. The system of methods of influence is worked out on forming of motivation and skills of political participation. Conception of formation of subject and civil position of youth and structural model of psychological readiness of young people are offered to public activity. The principles of technology of influence on the political participation decision-making were grounded. Existence of temporal framing of electoral decisions is experimentally well-proven. Developed and approved the diagnostic complex of evaluation of civil position and social I-concept, methodology of "Understanding of manipulative influences". The efficiency of the offered programs of development of reasons, communicative and behavioral skills, emotional constituent of political participation, skills of decision-making of relatively political participation, forming of civil responsibility of young people was experimentally verified.
