According to the agreement joint simultaneous observations of the solar radio emission in the frequency band 8-42 MHz were conducted in 2012 at UTR-2, URAN-2(both Ukraine) and NDA (France) radio telescopes. All telescopes were eqiupped with the modern broadband backend facilities with high temporal and frequency resolutions. For the first time the information about the polarization of the type II bursts and their fine structures was obtained. Considerable remoteness of the receiving points allowed to eliminate the effect of the Earth ionosphere on the degree and the sign of circular polarization of solar bursts. New observations of the Saturn Electrostatic Discharges (SED) in the waveform mode were conducted. The obtained data were processed. The experimental investigation of the Jovian radio emission at UTR-2 radio telescope using updated registering devices and improved methods of observations was performed. Data on the hyperfine structure of the bursts were obtained. The investigations of the large-scale structure of the Northern sky at the long wavelengths were continued. The method of observations of "zero-points" on the coelosphere serving as the negative control during observations of the flaring stars has been worked out. The active mutual exchange of experience on the creation of telescopes of new generation GURT(Ukraine) and LSS(France) was carried out. The visit of the ukrainian participants to the Paris Observatory was organized. 11 presentations were done and 6 articles were prepared for publication in the interb
