The available methods of treatment of the various form of apical periodontitis do not allow to achieve essential outbreak in enriching immediate and especially of long-term results of treatment, that results in premature losses of teeth. The offered new approach to treatment of the various forms of apical periodontitis is based on learning of mechanisms of a regulation regenerative processes of tissues of a periodontium taking into account microbial landscape, immunological processes, reactivity of an organism as a whole and reactivity of vegetative nervous system in particular.
