Object of study: information exchange processes aggregation and analysis of data, generating reports, performing departments of State Highways Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) on the registration of objects (roads various jurisdictions and types of capital structures on them) their construction, reconstruction, capital and current repairs in time and territorial (regional) context. Purpose - a systematic analysis of information processes and data flows in Ukravtodor, the creation and implementation of information-processing system to support these processes. Methods - systems analysis and its principles, information technology, software design, operations research, decision theory methods. The main results of the research work: - The processes of information exchange between departments and divisions Ukravtodor and regional highway service - defined architecture hardware-software complex, which is the basis of information-analytical system - defined group of users of their powers and rights to system administration, granting permissions and ownership of these rights, data processing, editing and viewing, reporting, etc. - designed database structure, key data tables, links, indexing, etc.. - The mechanism present in database performance, reflected in the reporting forms - the mechanism of access control system modules - included data on indicators, system settings, user groups, etc. - developed modules Information Management System for interaction with database data. - The procedure of interaction with electronic reporting forms, the characteristics of user group information-analytical system involved in this work - developed modules Information Management System to ensure the formation of electronic forms for entering data on the state of objects (roads various subordination and type of capital structures on them) their construction, reconstruction, major and minor repairs on regions, planning and technical accounting repairs of roads - identified and included values of information-processing system that set permissions for entering data reporting forms, define group and individual user profiles Information Management System - in test mode modules information-analytical system by introducing the e-reporting forms and entered data reporting forms. - Modules developed data-processing system that provides entry and editing of data on a network of public roads and geo-spatially referenced objects (public roads) - designed database structure for storing geo-spatial data. - Developed modules Information Management System, providing diagrams display on electronic maps and visualize data using charts and graphs.
