The object of study - patients with a tumor of the larynx. The purpose of study- to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis,the prognostication of effectiveness of radiation and combined therapy for laryngeal cancer based on the multidetector computed tomography (MDCT)data. There examined 200 patients with laryngeal cancer.There tested and developed the techniques of perfusiography, virtual endoscopy and angiography of laryngeal cancer and vascular neck with MDCT. A modification of the TNM staging system based on the use of quantitative indicators:blood flow velocity, volume flow, transit time, travel time. There detected angiographic, perfusiographic and the virtual- laryngoscope criteria of chemoradiotherapy and combined therapy, and there proved their self-descriptiveness. There studied changesof these parameters depending on the results of chemoradiotherapy and combined therapy.
