Research methods are X-ray diffractometry, transmission electron and scanning electron microscopy, mass-spectrometry, spectrophotometry, mathematical modeling. Conditions for the formation of stable systems based on heterojunctions fullerite / metal and metalofuleren-fullerite have been determined and it is shown that such systems work as a thin film photodiode. Diffusion-like growth model metal-fullerite composite films, deposited using two-component flow of metal and fullerene, have been developed. Also the formation of coatings with columnar structure, which a high microhardness have been developed.
