Purpose of work is revision, development of productive norms of materials consumption on road-works, their status bringing into accordance with the requirements of current legislation, further development of the Standard of Organizations of Ukraine. Research method is chronometric observations in the process of road-works implementation, settling and development of productive norms of materials consumption, in accordance with normative documents in force; work with of scientific and technical literature, normative documents and instructions, revision of existent norms. The worked out productive norms are: the Document of "COY ","Productive norms of natural losses in road-building materials, those in support of construction, repair and operation maintenance of motor roads and bridges". The Document will allow determining of norms in natural losses of basic road-building materials, control procedure of rational materials use, the opportune retirement (discarding) of these materials at implementation of road-works, determination of requirement to materials, analysis of industrial and economic activity of motor road organizations and their subdivisions.
